The annual report on the impact factors and reference citations of Arab scientific journals (ARCIF) was issued for the year 2023. The journal of the Center for Mediterranean Civilizations at the Faculty of Arts, Sohag University, was selected among the best 1,155 scientific journals, after examining and studying the data of 5,000 Arab scientific and research journals in various specializations issued by More than 1,400 scientific and research bodies in the Arab world.
The Journal of the Center for Mediterranean Civilizations has succeeded in achieving the 32 standards for accrediting ARCIF laboratories that are compatible with scientific standards.
and what is worth to mention ; The Impact Factor “ARCIF” is subject to the supervision of the Supervisory and Implementation Board consisting of representatives of several Arab and international bodies (UNESCO Regional Office for Education in the Arab Countries, headquartered in Beirut, the United Nations Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA), the Library of Alexandria, and the Ma’rifa Database), in addition to a scientific committee from Experts and academics with a leading scientific reputation in several Arab countries and Britain.
