Families’ goals:
1- Spreading a university spirit among students, and strengthening ties between them and faculty members.
2- Discovering and encouraging students’ talents, abilities and skills.
3- Encouraging sports, social, cultural, scouting and artistic activities
4- The number of the family is not less than twenty students (regular + affiliation) and not more than 200.
5- The family should not be based on ethnic or sectarian.
6- The family board consists of regular students only.
7- The registration of families should be done within two months of the start of the study.
8- The students of the families have paid the union fee.
9- The family leader should not be the leader of more than one family at one time.
Components of the family file upon registration:
1- A request in the name of Prof/ Dean of the College, indicating the name of the family.
2- The family leader’s approval of her leadership.
3- Lists of the names of students wishing to participate in the family, indicating the student’s name – division – department – address – telephone [normal – mobile].
A copy of the personal card – a photo of the college card – a photo of the student shall be attached to the statements.
A list of the names of the family board of directors, including:
Family leader (faculty member). – Family supervisor (Professor – assistant Professor). – (regular student). – Family secretary (regular student) – Secretary of the fund (regular student) – A member responsible for each of the following activities (Cultural – artistic – sports – families – social)
Family activity plan during the first and second semester:
General Terms:
The family is not entitled to establish any activity until after registration.
Any behavior in violation of university regulations exposes the family to punishment.
It is not permissible to do any activity before three days from the final approval of the establishment of this activity by the administration of the college and university.
A female student supervisor is nominated with the knowledge of the family leader in the trips and activities of the students.
