The vision<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The Department of Geography at Sohag University seeks to be a distinguished center among the geography departments in Egyptian and Arab universities in the fields of teaching geography in its various branches, geographic techniques such as remote sensing, GIS, surveying and maps, population problems, and estimating land resources Climate change, desertification, and others in the local environment in the southern Upper Egypt region.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n\n

The mission<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

The Department of Geography plans to compete with geography departments in terms of updating academic plans and teaching strategies in order to create creativity and to find the creative citizen. <\/strong>Its graduates compete with graduates of other universities in the field of employment, not only in the Ministry of Education, but also in the departments of planning, environment, geographic techniques, survey work, and map creation. The Department of Geography works to provide its expertise to the labor market, and to encourage research in social and environmental fields.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
